Chase Lake Foundation Birding Trail:

Chase Lake Foundation invites you to come and enjoy our Birding Trail! - Developed by Amy L. Igl and Lawrence D. Igl in cooperation and consultation with the Chase Lake Foundation Board of Directors. Amy Igl is an interpretive naturalist who has worked in both grassland and woodland habitats. She has led interpretive programs for school groups, family groups, and special interest groups in the Midwest and northern Great Plains. Larry Igl is an avian ecologist who specializes in grassland and wetland birds. He has conducted research on breeding, migratory, and wintering birds throughout the Great Plains. Amy and Larry reside in Jamestown with their two sons.

When you arrive to Medina, ND, simply stop by at our Chase Lake Visitors and Information Center for maps and other information to go "birding" in our area.
